I managed 68 minutes last time I did the grind with my brother-in-law who's a smoker. I did 57 mintues the time before that. But I've only done it twice in the last 6 or 7 years.

Dustin Byfuglien holds the record at 23 minutes I think.

Did he use a helicopter? 23 mins sounds like about the length of time it would take a heli to haul his fat ass up the mountain

Guy is the biggest anomaly in the NHL.

How a player can continually become so out of shape in the off-season and get back into shape before the start of the season is insane.

Seriously though, does he just roll around on a scooter all summer eating beer-filled donuts?
Edit: You could fit two Seabrooks in there

Ovi8 has a bit of that feast and famine approach as well. They will get to a point where the weight on these guys will take much longer to come off. For now though they seems to rival Robert De Niro's weight gain/loss performance in Ranging Bull every summer.

Funniest hockey-related picture in history IMO, laugh for a few minutes every time I see it. My fastest time was 36 minutes

Whats insane is Federov got that after sitting out part of the season and demanding that. He got that for playing like 43 games, the playoffs included in that. That was just for 21 regular season games.
