I have lost a lot of respect for Bolland. He doesn't care about winning anymore. In his mind he has won two cups, an OHL championship, and a Memorial cup so now all he wants is money.

Tampa will be a good team. I don't think they will be a power house but a top 5 in the east for a long time for sure. A lot of it depends on if Stamkos resigns which I think he will. But who knows.

Tampa and Florida are the KHL of the NHL.
No taxes. Will learn how to leverage that in all negotiations going forward.
If one of them ever becomes a winning team, then say goodbye to all top tier free agents.
