I'm wondering who some potential players are that are included in a trade that catches us off guard.

I hope Benning and co. move one of the older blueliners. Wouldn't mind seeing a Garrison trade.

I don't understand Leddy in every Chi offer. We have 4 left-handed D on our roster already. Hamhuis- Garrison, Edler, Stanton. Adding Leddy, another LHD, would only make sense if garrison and/or stanton were going somewhere.

I hope he goes to Chicago because I dislike Kesler, and I used to really dislike Chicago, but lately they haven't been so bad, so I could dislike them more again

I read all the comments from this morning and it is split on whether to trade up or not. IMO if we get NYI 5 th I say if it costs Tanev Shink and 6 th then go ahead and do it.

For the next decade we would have Reinhart MDC or Draisaitl and Horvat as our centres. Plus Kassian and Jensen and if we trade one more D then our forwards are set .

The one thing Kesler can’t dictate, however, is forcing the Vancouver Canucks to trade him. Unless and until either Anaheim or Chicago presents a package that the Canucks believe is worthy, they won’t move him, one source said. These things can change with one single conversation, but as of Tuesday afternoon, no trade for Kesler was imminent.
