The goalie interference is so easily fixed. If an attacking player initiates contact, whistle and face off in the defensive zone. If he initiates significant contact, unaided, penalty of 2, 4, or 5 depending on the severity. If the defender bumps, pushes, shoves, checks or in any other way propels the player into the goalie, the penalty is on the defender.

I'm tired of an offensive player driving to the net, legally, getting knocked into the goalie and getting penalized. It's the defender's responsibility to knock the offensive player AWAY from the net, not into it. And if you're beaten, suck it up and hope to pick up the rebound. Or don't get beaten.

I wouldn't mind seeing an end to over 90% of any goal that is a rebound shot very close to the net, or any goal from close to the net, where the player gets crosschecked after it goes in. Same for a player who is in front of the net providing traffic or a screen. Its never called, but I don't get why no fuss is made over the "They scored, free crosscheck to the closest player to the net" practice.
