Giroux does need to produce more, but laying it on his feet is wrong. The Flyers have a lot of secondary scorers who had success this year that are doing jack poop against the Rangers, while Giroux has been getting the crap kicked out of him every shift, both literally(by the Rangers) and figuratively (by the mouth breathers in the press & fanbase).
Brayden Schenn has sucked. Vinny Lecavalier has sucked. Wayne Simmonds hasn't been good. Scott Hartnell hasn't been good. That's about $14mm of cap space sucking. |

Got to put the blame on someone, and it most cases, it starts with the captain of the team. |

Or you could actually look at what's happening and worry about where the blame really belongs and take steps to correct it. |

Where's the fun in that? It's way easier to just blame one guy instead of questioning our teams make up, it's been working well in Toronto for a long time. |

Next day, we find out that Mason had all kinds of head/neck issues
What does that mean, exactly? |

Couldn't agree more...G did everything in his power to will this team to the playoffs and finished 3rd in the league in scoring to go with it. The rest of the team needs to step up and help G like he helped them...sorry but Game 3 would have been a lot closer if Razor made key saves and if the whole team learned to step around shot blockers or take shots faster. |
