I'm not sure I personally agree with the NHL and it's new-age views of rigorous protection of the goaltenders. I'm not advocating that goalies are made targets but certain instance like the example 10 scenario the current rules are putting attacking forwards at a disadvantage.

And I thought this was the new NHL that was doing everything to open up more scoring.
