That was the last home game that I have not gone to in years, and boy, am I glad I didn't make the hour drive there and back. There are no words to describe the embarassing effort the Canes had. I hope PK is eating those "The fans need to be more patient" words.
Even with zero hope of making the playoffs, I've been supporting this team all this season. And for them to put out THAT kind of embarrassing lack of effort in their last home game, against probably the most die hard of fans... I give up. This team got what it deserved. No playoffs. And I only hope we can get some people into our system next season that has the heart to take us further than 25th in the league.
