Great blog. But beware... refusing to show up to see a team that ownership and management put a half-assed effort into putting on the ice will get your fan base a negative reputation. When the pens fans refused to patronize their team in mid 2000's for that reason they got a rep as bandwagon fans. I'm with you though... send a message... hit em where it hurts... the pocketbook.

this team has been mismanaged the entire year (and really, for decades)

our coaching staff is incapable of getting the most out of the players, unable to teach a system to support a shoddy defense and awful goaltending and we also show an inability to sign anyone of consequence.

From the owner down, there are very very few bright spots. Snow's failed this season, in so many ways, this is just the final nail in the coffin.

I am not surprised at this at all. Charlie Brown kicking the football. That is all.

I'd take a page out of the Montreal Canadiens fanbase here, they would never put up with this and would boo Snow out of the building. I agree the Islanders' fanbase deserves so much more before losing Tavares which would be criminal.
