I'm not saying that Percy is a bust. I just think that he is a tweener. He does not have a big size advantage, he does not have great speed, he's solid two-way, but not a difference maker at either end.

He's a smart player with a good all-around game and probably will be a bottom pairing NHL guy in a couple years, but I don't know if he projects to anything more than that.

similar yes. And his high end potential tops out higher than third pairing as Mike is trying to suggest. He may never reach it, he's just not a flashy guy, so people have a hard time seeing it. Cerebral, dependable minute muncher who won't be taking any end to end rushes, but put up decent points in junior mostly by simply moving the puck forward well.
