I believe that the refs sent a message to the Leafs and in specific to Kadri - especially after his interview with his dad stating that he has drawn the most penalities in the league at 28 - with Kadri's 2 suspensions and hit on Ceci this year - I believe the Leafs and Kadri will not be given the benefit of the doubt
