If this team continues its recent listless and careless play, I do not forsee a happy week ahead in Flyer-land.

No Datsyuk, or Zetterberg. Should be a walk in the park.

Maybe Bill's split screen fuzzy game day pic will break the trend?

This is a big game heading into a brutal west coast trip. A regulation loss to a beat up Wings team could easily turn into a 8 game losing streak by the time they return home.

Better skate hard for 60 minutes and come up with 2 points tonight boys or some of you will surely be changing addresses over the next few weeks.

Go Flyers!!

I watched the Kings/Sharks game last night and it's amazing how much the forwards help the defenseman. Especially the Kings. The gap between the defenseman and forwards is so small.

And that's what I'm afraid of.

I see we are coddling the 35 YOA VL and bumping him up to 2nd line center bc clearly he's earned it while shifting B Schenn to his ineffective wing spot. Clearly this is how you grow and groom young talent

After reading the beginning, I get a sense that your 'Go Flyers' was a little half hearted

Johan Franzen is the top line center? Flyers need to win this game.

for the life of me I cannot figure out why they are sitting mezz. His d game isnt great but have you paid attention to grossman lately? Its horrible. Sit him and insert gus. At least with mezz and gus we have puck moving ability.

I'm allowed to correct this because you don't spell or grammar numbers.

You would think. A loss tonight could be worse than the one in Boston. The forwards need to come out and take over this game at both ends of the ice from the opening puck drop.

Its ALL on them.

I also question this... I love Chief, but man do I question some of his rationale

From a Panthers' point of view... go ahead and win in regulation please.

Then again, we gotta win in Boston.

The way he described Milbury is pretty much they way I'd imagined Milbury was like IRL.

Yeah, good luck with all of that.

Boston put up another 6 spot last night, this time on the NYI.

With their current level of play they don't stand a chance in 5 of the 9 games before the trade deadline. My god do I hope they prove me wrong though.

I'd start scouting the draft, if I were you.
