1.5: this may be a clue that useful 4th line Marlies graduates like Ashton, Bodie, and possibly D'Amigo may be staying with the big club for an extended period of time. Not that Bodie was lighting it up, but Ashton was contributing significant points.
I think long term success of this team requires a competent 4th line that can contribute significant minutes (7-10) a night. I don't see that happening with Orr and McLaren both on the roster. One needs to go, the other can be the 13th forward playing only on Fight Nights against the Parros, Carkners, and McGrattens of the league. |
