good write up michael. lets hope Lindy can have a better night tomorrow. question, with Rafalski signing with the ECHL Everblades, do you think Yzerman is seeing how he does before signing him to say AHL, then possibly the big club for a playoff run? if so, that is a creative way to get some veteran D help without trading away any of our "kids". do you think Rafalski could help us? i know he was a great player, but 3 seasons removed from game shape could be a pretty big hurdle.

Had a quick mention of this in the last blog, but will try to look into it more. HockeyBuzz's Josh Rimer speculated that it could happen, but Erlendsson says the team has no interest.

We always look like we are walking in our sleep in day games and with Philly hot it's not the time for a slow start. At least it doesn't interfere with the football schedule. Do you think there is a quick hook on Lindy if he lets in a couple softies early? Or will Coop want stay with him for fear of hurting his confidence for the rest of the year? Lindy says his confidence hasn't been hurt by his recent play but what about the team in front of him? If you told me earlier in the the year we had a three game road trip against the Flyers, Jackets and Rags I would say we win all three but not now they all seem to be playing at the top of their game - this could get ugly.
