definitely concerned with how we are playing right now, something needs to be done whether it is shaking up the lines or making a trade.

Good team guy. Good locker room guy. But he is light on hockey ability and mostly just an old-school pure enforcer/policeman type.

If he was playing in a bigger market/for a winning team, people would be raving out the breakout season Sekera is having on a pace for 15 goals and 45 points and holding his own as a 1st pairing defenseman.

He hasnt played much. I know JR wanted more out of him and called him out to come into the season in better shape. That didnt happen and he couldn't get on the ice.

He is a great teammate and a top tier heavy weight enforcer. He just doesn't get tested much.

He is a step or 3 slow but will finish every check he is in a position to deliver just doesn't get a ton of opportunities since he isnt in the right place to lay one on.

He has shown a decent grinding game and has shown flashes of being more than just a goon. There was a 2 game stretch this year where he was one of our better forwards.. that was also playing 4th line limited minutes.

He is what he is. dont expect much.

One of the nicest and most intelligent people in the game.
