I agree and I hope quick can put it together after returning from the groin injury to be a solid backup. Quick will not start a game unless 2 things happen:
1) he plays his ass off between now and the the Olympic games (assuming he comes back now to play)
2) there are back to back games.
Other than that Miller is our man |

If Miller isn't the starter....the other goalie better be playing like Patrick Roy or Marty Brodeur in their prime. I have suffered through every Sabres game this year...and this guy has been so consistently unbelievable. With any kind of team in front of him, USA will be a threat for the gold medal. |

Homer.... Sure you can... Ben Bishop? Sure, Miller is more experienced and has been there before, and is having a good year on an absolutely terrible Buffalo team, but you can't overlook what Bishop has done. His numbers are LIGHTS-OUT! |

yes I can, Ben Bishop is 20-5-3 with a 1.89GAA and .935SV%..It's not like the lighting are powerhouses on D either, they were 26th in GA last year.
Much better numbers IMHO, but Miller has the edge in experience so you never know

Bishop should be third at least if not number 2. Howard is having an of year and Quick has been out with that bad groin injury.

Miller is on the team no question. But, I do not think he should just be handed the starting job. Bishop has had a better year, as good as Miller has been. Howard on the team is a JOKE! Same with Quick to an extent. |
