To me, its ALWAYS smart to give your backup some playing time. What if Quick doesn't come back when expected? What if Scrivens goes down in one of these back to backs? Not playing your backup is not being prepared for the unexpected.

I've never been a fan of playing a tender in back to backs. But, Scrivs is playing pretty damn good. My concern is, can he handle the work load? December brings 15 games counting today. Let'em ride. No guts, no glory!

Give credit to the kings D getting solid. Just like Phx and conversely, Philly, good D makes a good goal tender look great. I know Jones is good and when he gets a look, our D should be there for him. I play Scrivens hard and give MJ a look at first back to back. GKG!!

Ref's are doing a great job. Man Brown looks like a Zombie. Hes got zero emotion. Hes got nothing behind his shot. Sutter has to figure out how to light a fire under him. Maybe bench him. Hes just been terrible this year.
