It's a solid non panic stop gap move that could pan out to be something down the road.....all good in the hood.

Seems like a good move. Blacker not being too big or much of an offensive defensmen(judging from AHL totals) doesn't seem to exciting to me, Holland's been great in the AHL and is a former first rounder.

Meh. At least it's a center. Taking Staubitz is a weird one though, we already have two enforcers who won't fight.

Staubitz is playing in the minors on a one-way deal, so Ducks dumping $650,000 was part of the trade. Leafs don't mind those contracts.
