Classic modern sports reporting. Theres too much competition between all of todays sports media outlets, so find a need by an active fan base and fill that need with fiction to get more web hits and twitter followers. |

1 step forward and 3 steps back. Misguided hope. etc...
As much as I want the Leafs to win and Sabres to lose, I feel bad for the fans of the Sabres and the city. the city needs at least one competitive team and the Bills are not it. |

As much as I want the Leafs to win and Sabres to lose, I feel bad for the fans of the Sabres and the city. the city needs at least one competitive team and the Bills are not it.

So you finally got one after years of suffering , good for you . Believe it or not I see progress with both teams . Neither is getting blown out and are in every game . May be painful right now . But it will be a lot quicker than the Toronto timetable. Both teams have great young talent and the future looks bright. |

Leafs fans saw lots of talent in Pogge, and Antropv, Stajan, Steen, Coliacovo, Schenn etc. All first rounders except Pogge
Heck, Myers was awesome in his first 2 years in NHL now he has regressed. What is Gregerinko (sp) Just saying a guy is not proven till he's done it for 2 or 3 years, which is why Leafs didn't give Kadri long term deal

I see Hodgson is developing nicely as is Ennis . Both still only 23.

Myers seems to have rebounded nicely
I think Grigorenko will come around , Still too young for the big time but too talented for CHL and can't go to AHL to round his game out
If our weak GM can find decent trading partners for Miller and Vanek . We should be in great shape . Will not be upset if Regier eventually is shown the door. Toronto fans take far too much joy out of Buffalo being in a down swing . Worry about your Leafs . We are smart enough to worry about our Sabres ,without you coming around and feeling you have to put our teams and city down to make you feel better about yourself.
