For Sabres I could see Miller, McNabb and a 3rd for Yakupov for them to take it on. hes still held up veru high in that organization. But darcy doesnt have the stones for that

I dn't understand why people are throwing out trade scenarios that would improve Buffalo. Ted Black has come out and said " the only way to get elite players is through the draft". What does that tell you? To me it says they are not interested in improving right now because they plan on drafting at the top. That is a LOSER mentality and it is a real shame they have taken advantage of the fact that their building is sold out for the season. A real GM can figure out how to stay competitive while restocking the cupboards. This is a total joke. What kind of pro sports team plans on losing like this?? Only in Buffalo.....

It wont help anyways..... Darcy and our head scouts wouldn't have a clue what to do with a #1 overall pick anyways. I am quite certain they would draft another European Dman with the pick.
