Little off topic but would like to see Khudobin again soon.
I think he is very close to being a starter as early as next year.
Thanks for keeping us informed of Canes hockey info, Matt

I think the best move is Lindholm to Char., and let him play some big minutes...and added benefit of no waiver concerns!

I'm of the same opinion that Khudobin that can and will challenge for Cam's job. I think he's ready, just not sure management is with 6M+ tied up in your starter.

I think Muller is gradually wrestling his way to control of the lineup stuff. He found room on the roster for exactly none of Welsh, Dalpe, Boychuk and Terry. And though this one might have been out of necessity, he had the guts to give Bellemore the #4 slot that he earned in training camp. Muller could in theory be on the hot seat this season, so I don't see him kowtowing to some plan that lasts longer than he might have a job if he doesn't win. And as long as he is winning, everyone else will stand down in terms of the day-to-day roster/lineup stuff as they should.

Nash didn't win a faceoff vs the Caps ,and was a healthy scratch last night ,also the face futility continued vs the Kings 48-22 as a team! ,so JR better be calling Dave Steckel's agent or hope that Malhotra will be ready sooner than later ,and I prefer Steckel who us still unsigned and is 6'5" 220lb. JR has not addressed the FO weakness for years ,or has forgot that you build a strong team down the middle Dvorak was a nice addition ,but the center issue was more important by far ,and I hope he can bring Brandon Sutter back next year as he hasn't bought a house in Pittsburgh yet.
