Looking forward to a new rivalry with the winged wheel. Always liked the way you guys play. It will be interesting to see how a year in a new division plays out.

They have won the last 4 contests against the bs and I think since last year boston has gotten worse...not saying they are bad I have no problem with Boston as they are very talented but I think losing seguin and peverly was not a good choice only because I think Loui (although talented) is a little soft for the bruins style. Top two lines are pretty even but I think the bottom lines will decide this game and if Tatar is in I give the wings an edge 3-1 with an empty net lol

Those Hawks fans were pretty impolite last year during the finals. Not all of them...just most of them

Must confess, I have always like the Red Wings so I am happy to see them play more even if it makes the East tougher for the Bruins to win. We needed another team to help bring the Pens down a notch or two

Nyquist down in the AHL? He was unstoppable in college with Maine, it was great to see him in the playoffs last year.

Sadly, Nyquist has fallen victim to circumstance. IIRC he is 2 NHL games short of having to clear waivers. Add in the abundance of forwards the Wings have....has him starting the season in the AHL.

Makes sense, I like to check up on guys that went to Hockey East schools to see where their careers take them. I figured that Nyquist getting drafted by the Wings would not be the easiest road for playing time but a great place for him in the long run.

Tatar should play, Samuelsson was horrible last night and barely played in the 3rd. cant wait for him to be gone after this season.
