If the Hawks score in the first 5 minutes of this game I don't see how the Caps will be able to overcome that kind of momentum. The building will be shaking

Sounds like Hayes will be on the third line and Smith will be a scratch tonight.

whats Erat doing on the fourth line? I always thought he was a scorer and they're not that deep.

I wonder what the record is when teams raise the banner? Probably not that great. I say 5-2 Caps but the key is the 1st 10 minutes. If hawks score they can get the crowd going for awhile. If not, crowd goes silent and Caps could take advantage

I'd say Bickell might be feeling more pressure to produce than Crawford; Crawford's deal doesn't kick in for another year.

After 3 years without it, I have cable again. I can watch the game from the comforts of my own home! I'll let you know if I can see the roof of the stadium shaking from my living room window.

As cool as it would have been to see the Hawks' clinch the cup at the UC (both in 2010 and this most recent one), theres something all the more sweet about doing IN Philly and IN Boston. Theres a sick pleasure i get from seeing other teams fans utter, pure, gigantic disappointment and sadness.

Let's hope both of them don't crap the bed after getting paid.

I don't have as many doubts about Bickell and Crawford as I did in the summer. Both looked pretty good in pre-season.

Caps goaltending needs to improve from what I have seen..

Otherwise I think they could have a big year.
