If Lindholm is going to be out, you could do Dvorak-Skinner-Dwyer.

I have never been fired up about playing Skinner at center. His weakness is on the defensive side of the puck and especially in sorting things out defensively off the rush and in the defensive zone. The responsibilities and need to sort things out right are much tougher at center than at wing.

This said, unless the team goes outside the current roster (which I think is possible via trade or waivers), there are not a lot of options at center, so maybe Muller gives it a try.

Maybe slide Jussi to 3C? He's had some chemistry with Skinner in the past, and plays a solid two way game.... oh right.

I picked up Murphy in chel 14 and I am like 4 years in guy is 70 overall ( I feel he is going to break out) he is playing in the AHL and put up 60 something pts and he wasn't even top pair guy had 20 goals and outscored half my forwards by a large margin

Don't get me started on this one. I already wrote this blog 3 times I think and promised myself I was going to let it go and move on.

When absolutely nothing was working last year, I just do not see how Rutherford decided to give him away for nothing and eat part of the contract BEFORE giving hi a longer look on a 3rd line that had some offense/skill on it (i.e. Skinner).

As you noted, the Canes could really use another center with some versatility in terms of PK and PP play and also the potential to move into a wing slot if/when Lindholm is ready to take that slot.
