First.

Awesome.

Tinordi was the guy who could have saved us from trading a 1st and Grabner for Keith freakin Ballard. Gillis wanted Tinordi.

Good read.

I agree that if they want to keep a kid to be the 7th D, it should be Pateryn. Tinordi shouldn't be wasting his time in the pressbox. It's either in the lineup or in Hamilton for Tinordi.

b) Darren Dietz was on his way out of town when Drewiske, Murray and Bouillon hit the clinic, and he was called back and got to play in both weekend games. What a great opportunity for him to keep showing the Canadiens what he can do. His future looks very bright, and his pass up the ice to Brandon Prust on the team's second goal, Friday, was unbelievable.

Love Dietz, but I'm pretty sure that was Nygren

Nonetheless, I really like Dietz, he's got some offense, and can be physical. I'm really surprised with how he played so far.

if Tinordi is sent to Hamilton as part of the numbers game, this organization is doing itself a disservice and will be making a mistake. i understand that depth is important. terrific. but the "depth" guys you're referring to are a dime a dozen and can be found on the street or acquired throughout the year for a pittance (i.e. Drewiske last year). it would be ridiculous to send Tinordi to Hamilton for an extra 2 months just so that we can avoid the risk of losing Davis Drewiske or Rafael Diaz.

I think any way you look it at, Tinordi's going to get his chance, and it won't be long.

Eric, I don't understand why Scott should be suspended.
