Bout time you came up with something that isn't cringe-inducing.

Never thought I'd say this but

I'm legit excited about these kids. I honestly thought Larsson was gonna be some ho hum middler who went out and was invisible because he did his job. Well. So far, and it's early, I (we) are being shown otherwise. He is apparently more talented than the Wild fans have shown to believe. Now granted he's only been showing his talents vs AHL and prospect level opponents but I think this kid has a long NHL future. His intagibles as well as skills should guarantee him a long NHL career. Seeing a core of Risto/Zadorov/Pysyk/Myers/McNabb/Larsson/Armia/Hodson/Grigs/Girgs/Tropp/(Compher)/(Bailey) is a hell of a lot more exciting than Roy/Goose/Hecht/Pommer/Stafford. I hope the days of soft not intimidating hockey are behind us. Dare I say we'll be a more talented version of the '98 Sabres? Sans the likes of the Dominator.

Is it possible for any one of you to talk about the content in the blog and not the blogger? We get it, not many people like Garth because his annoying writing style. Get over it and move on.

I was at the game, thought Zadorov looked average. Hes big and he hits, which I like. But if he is playing a regular season game that way, he is going to get beat a lot.

Tallinder looked quick out there yesterday, liked what i saw from him.

Myers used the body a lot, which was good to see.

Larsson looked great.

I, for one, miss Garth's blogs being in the old spot. Every time he posted, there would be over 1000 comments. Now, Freiheit doesn't blog that much, and there isn't much action around these parts. And I'm all about action.

I wonder if Garth got in trouble for blogging too much about other teams in the absence of Sabres news and is now confined here.

Just hoping it goes back to the old way.
