NOTE: Shooting poop, I have no idea if this is financially feasible. Should be off the top with Ruutu (salary)>Michalek, Pitkanen>Goc, and Niskanen and Morrow being reasonably cheap adds.

I'm going to include Morrow in my projected forward lines because I refuse to believe that JR would proclaim that this team is serious about making waves in the Metro division and then ice this current crop of forwards. Maybe wishful thinking but...

My guess is that by around Thanksgiving, Rask is going to play his way out of Charlotte and into the top 9. At that point, I think Dwyer gets kicked down to the 4th line and Rask (along with the other 5 2nd and 3rd line forwards) can be mixed and matched by Muller to create match ups advantages.

No matter how you slice it, the team still needs 1 of 2 things to make the forward lines really work this season:

1. A significant contribution from Lindholm
2. One more reliable top 9 forward option in UFA or via trade.

At this point in the summer, the number of possible options for the 3rd/ 4th lines is LARGE! Depending on whether Skinner plays on the 2nd or 3rd line, Depending on how Lindholm does in camp ie makes the team /not, plays 3rd line ctr/ wing, or plays 4th line ctr/ wing, Depending on the signing of a good FA forward who plays 2nd/3rd lines, Depending on Gerbe doing well in camp and playing 2nd-4th line, Depending on how well Dalpe, Bowman, Welsh, Nash, Palushaj, Rask, Sutters, Staal, Ja. play...ALL WILL DETERMINE the 2nd-4th lines to start the season! ...and maybe i haven't even included an option or two! I doubt the Canes really have a good idea of the final roster, but I think this is a good thing because the competition for spots should be VERY GOOD!
I'm really looking forward to training camp!

Going a different direction here, but I for one am really high on Danny Biega.
