The only thing exciting about the Penner signing is that it probably means Teemu Selanne has decided to retire. If Teemu DOES return the Ducks will have 11 signed wingers assuming the Penner rumor is true. Maybe a trade for Gagner?

If EDM deals Gags, it'll probably be for a better C coming back. Unless they sign Grabovski.

RNH will likely not be ready for the start of the season so if Gags is gone, Gordon n Lander are EDM's top 2 Cs

I think they got rid of it. Was one of the reasons TB didn't qualify Pouilot as they thought he'd get a big deal at arbitration.

You can trade them unless that changed. As far as I know offersheets are the only thing that makes you keep a player for the year.

But Bailey is a good 2 way player.

Teams can only walk away if the awarded deal is $3.5m/season or more.

Anything under, they have to accept the deal awarded.
