Can you believe we traded the all time greatest Sabre in the draft this year, what a joke.

Really thought that Hawerchuk would have been much higher than 18th rank, even if he spent less than half of his career in the Sabres uniform, on this list. Personnal favorite along Lafontaine here (Hasek also, but since I was goaltending in my competitive hockey years, I think I'm too biased to include him). Too young to have the chance of watching Perreault (and others pre-Hawerchuk era players) play though.
