Dozzer, I'll answer your question from the other thread about why I think Bozak brings more to the team than Grabo. He has demonstrated better chemistry with the wingers in the top 6 (esp. Kessel, JVR, Lupul) than Grabo; he is better on faceoffs and takes every key faceoff; he plays regularly on both special teams units; he clearly was Carlyle's go-to guy this year at centre in terms of ice time stats. The biggest reason, imo, is the chemistry element; Grabo has really only seemed to 'click' on this team playing with Kulemin and Macca, while Bozak has proven himself to be an overall more versatile hockey player. |

I think it's safe to say that Erik Johnson is a bust. |

If bozak can be signed for 3.5 per for 2 years or less, than I say sign him. If he wants more or longer, than let him walk |

A home town discount for Bozak would be 4 to 5 years at under $5 Million. No chance he takes anything less than a 4 year deal.

Bozak will get 5-5.5 per
I hope its not with Toronto, but probably will be. I cant see Both Grab. and Bozak on the team both making more than they are worth realistically.

No that's crazy. Let him walk. Time to trade for a real number 1. |

I think they can go high in both $ and term, but not much. There's no chance he takes 3.5X2.
He's going to want at least 3 years. |

Not a lot, but for the right price, a couple can be had. Bozak as a number 1 will not take this team to the next level. |

Especially considering what you pay to have Kadri on the team also. That is just way too much money for a group of centers with no real good #1
I would far rather see the leafs let him or Grabo go.

Yeah i was thinking the same, something close like 3M or 3.25 or 3.5 is highest i would go for him signing here. |

What do you guys think... is Rielly better off to go back to junior or play with the big club, I personally think he should go back to junior and request a trade to a contending team for the year.. |

Or let both grabo and bozak go/trade, trade for stastny, colborne gets placed in 3rd line center role |

Well since we really don't have "the proper team yet" there is no point in having him here, would have been sick to see him in playoffs brought up but besides from a season standpoint, there's no point yet |

I agree. But if you can only keep Grabo or Bozak, I'm arguing that Bozak is the player to keep. |
