you Leaf fans are so self absorbed, it has nothing to do with the Islanders opponent and everything to do with them just making the playoffs. Be good to see some new teams in, including the Leafs.

If bleacher report says it's gospel! How about we agree that both teams will be a force in the NHL for some time to come with all the youth we both incorporated? The NHL will not end with the Isles being dubbed the end all be all of rebuilding

I can't root for you guys, But a win tonight and under 2 goals by anderson would put me that much closer to a spot in my fantasy hockey championship. I got Bob also.

It's going to be 2 of NYI, NYR, and WPG making it with one of them missing it.

It could actually end up coming down to a ROW tiebreaker, and if it does currently NYR only has 17

Not for nothing but I respect what the Isles and Snow have done, tremendous job drafting players over the past 4 or 5 years, that being said with that article written by someone with no degree in journalism, I'd expect a team with every top 5 or top 10 pick to have more potential then a team with no picks in the top 10, the Rangers have done there own mastery in the draft, I don't think I need to display every pick but like I said we're both going to be in contention for a while.

I totally agree. I thik the rivalry will be back full force real soon. Last Saturday was one of the most intense games I watched and hope they are like that for years to come

dee, there are maybe a handful of selfish people who only care about themselves getting to the game without thinking about THE TEAM that would be upset if they left nassau a year early...

i dont think you realize how much the move would effect pending free agents and players with ntc/nmc...not to mention wang opening up his wallet.
