Gudas, Barberio, Sustr, Koekkoek, Korobov. Hedman's still young as hell too.
Like it or not, gonna need some high end offensive talent. Marty's gonna be gone in a few years with nobody to replace him. I rather draft Mackinnon or Drouin than a dman this year. Unless we have the 1st overall, then I take Jones.

man..i wish tampa had a loud rink
it gets me so pumped up hearing the fans cheer and chant through the game at big hits, huge goals, fights, booing at bad penalties, cheering at the other teamsz penalities....i hardly hear that at the forum..starting random chants for our captain? or goalie? jeeze

Nobody will ever replace Marty
If we get #1, go with Jones. Anything in that 2-5 range, go with a forward (I'd agree).

This team has consistently shown that it has no problem falling behind and battling back to force OT and then lose. Maybe the guys can try taking a lead one of these days.

We will never win a shootout with Bishop in. That 5 hole is a problem

That's simply not true. He was great in Ottawa and back in the minors too.

Nice to see the Jets win after the screw job costing them goal #4. This Jets fan hopes you guys turn it around next year. With a few tweaks you can do really well. The Bolts are definitely more talented than their record. Need to hurry up though as you ain't getting any younger.

Brewer looked awful in the first.. he improved throughout but I hate when he moves up on the play. he rarely actually starts anything, just burns some time then has to get back.. always get a flashback of the game a few weeks back when joined the rush on the Penalty kill in OT that went the other way and ended it..

I'm really thinking they went the wrong way with Bishop. Having already invested in Lindback, they coulda kept Conacher and bought in a strong veteran goalie/mentor next year. There was no need to do anything in this weird short season.

The scouting report on him is to shoot 5 hole. I think that was pretty obvious tonight. He has played well I agree but there seems to be a larger percentage of goals going b/w the wickets. There has to be stats somewhere for this...

Taller goalie = bigger 5 hole

I don't think Bishop has a particular problem with his 5 hole, but he is pretty damn tall.
