where did Chiasson come from, the college ranks?

I had hoped for a complete collapse and zero more wins after the trade deadline, and instead 5 in a row. Oh well at least they've made it an exciting finish.

Chiasson has been on an incredible run, surely he'll cool off but I'm guessing there is no way he gets any mention in Calder discussions.

I still fear we finish freaking 9th, but there is some hope for the future, the Kids are Alright.

where did Chiasson come from, the college ranks?

He was the Stars 2nd round pick in 2009, played at Boston University and then signed an ELC last year. Played this year with the Stars AHL affiliate until called up. He is not an unknown to Stars fans as he was considered to be one of their top prospects.

I don't think we could have gotten a top 7 pick (unless there was a lottery win for #1) so even though we still may finish out of the playoffs, the run is good for fan excitement and the players.
