They played like they actually give a (frank). I'm pretty sure they were afraid the Jiggy would start breaking sticks on their heads if they foundered again. They weren't about to lose with him on the ice with them and certainly not in Anaheim.

I'm trying to remember the last time they beat the Ducks in Anaheim. It's been a while, right?

I was afraid this was going to happen. J.S. used to call out the Ducks occasionally and they always responded. What with the combination of an inspired Av's team and a Ducks team looking forward to 3 off days forthe first time since mid February, well, this was a shellacking waiting to happen. Nice win.

Ryan Getzlaf let Landeskog skate by him like he was a Ryan O'byrne cutout for his shorthanded goal. On the powerplay, Getzlaf needs to play better defense there.

Those weren't cutouts of O"Byrne, those things REALLY happened.

JSG should get his second start tonight.

Glad to see Bordeleau kept in the lineup, I really hope the Avalanche re-sign him before he gets to hit the open market, not too many guys around that can do what he does.

He seems solid for us so far. No penalties or crappy defensive plays. Hell, he even scored in his first game as a leaf.
Oh well. Don't tell any leafs fans, but I'm a Av's fan too. Sadly. ahaha
