I added to my post, I hope Miller is up to the challenge.

Hopefully he returns to the form he showed when Marty was pushing him. Lalime and Enroth are no threat (though Enroth is improving). Perhaps Hackett will challenge him for the top spot.

Miller actually wasn't better when Marty was here. We just had a far better team. But I have been clamoring for a backup who is good and they actually play more importantly since Marty was shipped out. I think Enroth could play more.

Translate Miller into a prospect and a pick, send Vanek to Philly for a 1rst and Couturier, move Staff for a Pick....use accumulated picks to trade up top 3 in the Draft and make this as quick a turnover as possible.

We have the picks, assets and Blue Chips to do this fast...

We need to change the Team culture and it requires a transfusion....anything else simply prolongs the Agony....

If that is the case then (frank) him. I like Miller and think he's good, but if he prefers to play on an average team with his friends rather than a lockeroom full of strangers and win a cup then peace.

I'd like all this but I'm not sure that Philly would do that deal (not saying it's bad value just that I'm not sure they would be willing to part with him).

I think Ott deserves the A but here's a side issue. I know this may not mean much to most but is it disconcerting to anyone else that there is not one Rochester American among the top scorers list in the AHL? I realize Girgs got hurt and other prospects are in other leagues and whatnot I just find it problematic when we are said to have such a "bright future"

Vanek cant be a captain of a team he wont be on.

I was thinking today about the draft and how this new draft lottery could hurt other teams. Say we are in a top 3 spot and we Dont win the lottery and someone below us does. That team now drafts 1st and It would push us out of the top 3. Not that there is no talent outside of it but still it definately will effect more teams than in the past. Just a thought. someone please correct me if im wrong

thats why there is a draft..... plus if armia was in rochester id put a finsky on him being in the top 10
