Im pretty sure the Oilers dont need a veteran who becomes a UFA at the end of the season unless they know he'll resign. What they need is an experienced and/or hard nosed coach who will yell at them if they dont put up 100% every shift because this team is lazy. And why is Krueger telling them to force the puck into the other team? Pathetic. Play a simple game, make smart plays, and for gods sake shoot the puck!! 7 shots after 2 periods is unacceptable.

Agreed. I thought he would be a good fit because he plays the kids way more than Renny did but his strategies, except for special teams, are not working at all

NYI's got Streit and Lubo, two D men I highly respect and want in EDM, but if I was was EDM all I'd give NYI is a 2nd, and if I were NYI I'd keep them til the deadline. They're both over 35 and on the last years of their contracts
