Hard to watch a good effort get tarnished by some brutal gaffes.

How do have three men go forward shorthanded ? My thoughts better checking,Lucic needs to be nominated next year for best actor but he sure as hell didn't miss hitting Garon. Boy is Milan an ugly dude 2 generations removed from Neanderthals. Marchard the little looking rat on skates scores the game winner, too much too take in losing again.

I don't know what to think, it's a bad situation and nobody is making it any better. Im tired of pointing fingers, I'm tired of looking for answers and I'm tired of this team, with its plethora of talent sucking tremdously. Time to take break from this current situation and look to the draft.

Saw that. Pretty classless from a guy who already has a history of running goaltenders. Just an unnecessary move by him with the penalty already forthcoming.

What I'm tired of is continually hearing "the effort is there." Stamkos finally came out and said that it's embarrassing. I got criticized for using that word, so it was good to hear a player come out and agree.

The fact that baseball season is here, and golf season is heating up has made this Lightning losing streak slightly more palatable.

Oh yes. He was cut. My issue was with him running Garon. He had an out there, and wasn't skating very fast. Just kind of careless.

MAB was a huge mistake last night (like every night). Six defense is the way to go.

Mikkelson and someone other then Lee or MAB. Once Salo is back life will be better. Love to see Korobov or Gudas up with the big club.

On a side note, Killorn has been down right spectacular ! Wow he's playing like a man possessed. Conacher player well too, hit a post and was strong on the puck. I didn't expect a win (actually expected an ass whooping), but it was a close game.

(I'm curious to see what Carle and Aulie could do together. If that doesn't work out, I'd make a few changes on the blue line)

Yeah, both Killorn and Conacher were good. Like I said, the effort was there, the result wasn't. It's frustrating. Tomorrow (today, I guess) I plan on writing a piece about staying the course, and making sure that we just get a consistent effort. Yzerman said it best. This roster is fine, it's about getting a sixty minute performance from every guy on the roster.

Thought I might attract some troll traffic but they didn't have anything to say about my Neanderthal or Rat comments, lol must agree, but Lucic's response to the Hedman call and the high sticking were a great show. Somebody that throws checks like he does, fights and battles all the time was surprising to see him lay out like a little girl.

I want to see him on a pairing with Brewer for a significant period of time, then I'll make further judgment. Playing him in a blender of pairings hasn't helped at all.
