O'Reilly, someone will overpay, lets hope management knows how to capitalize. Give Jones away, they got burned on his deal, big time. Give Milan a chance to win the CUP in his last year and send him to a contender (if possible) Get rid of ROB and O'Brien and Hejda and let the kids play and learn. Fire the coach and bring in someone with WINNING experience and please not someone who thinks defense first like Lemaire or Martin that will just kill any chance this team has in recapturing whatever fans they have left.

I like the idea of being in the same conference as the Blues and Hawks, there are potential rivalries there.

Simply curious here but looking at what the Sens have in the way of prospects, roster players and draft picks, what would you want from Ottawa (if anything) in return for O'Rielly?

On HF the consensus is Z-Bad/Silver + Weircioch/1st or plus 1st depending on who your talking to.

I personally would rather they go after Yandle, as it looks like Phoenix won't be in our Division next year.

Seems more like they are dying when Duchesne's line is on the ice. Racking up the minus stats.

Okay, I could see maybe a Silver or Zibby + Weircioch but not a 1st as well, just would not happen.. You're right, better off persuing Yandle

We would have to add to get Yandle, which I'm okay with. I still wish we could trade Stastny (eat a bit of his salary which would raise his value a bit) and keep O'reilly. Not that we could get Yandle for Stastny or anything just throwing that out there.

I'll be really curious to see how Stastny does tonight win or lose, hes got 9 points in his last 11 games which puts him at a 67 point pace. He started slow but so did the entire team...

I think Stastny is fine as a #2 center who can put up a point per game if we can ever get him a better RW than D!@k Jones.

Buy out Jones this summer if we cant pawn him off, heck I would trade for Kaberle for him, thats how I feel about Jones this season.

I would keep Hejda over Zanon, he hits at least and doesnt have as big as a highlight reel of giveways leading in gwgs this season like Zanon does. The O'Bs can get a low/mid level prospect, or 3rd rounder to a desperate trade deadline team. Take the Assets any way we can right now.

Send Hejduk to the Pens, let him have a glorious run at the Cup playing with crosby or malkin

I'd love to try to do Zibanejad and Wiercioch with more added from the Avs to get Smith as well to add some grit and Pking. Would look good next to Downie

Could switch McLeod and Malone if they needed. Could also move Stastny if need be and have Zibanejad at center. It just gives the Avs a lot of possibilities. Two scoring lines, two gritty lines that can contribute as well.

Probably working their hardest to find the newest draft picks of the Avs. Then again they did approve Palushaj... they're obviously doing something.
