Nucks fans can't stand games where the other team doesn't just let them fly right by and score 6 goals. I hope they're asleep by the end of the 1st.

And we don't have Toots for them to complain about anymore either.

And for those guys complaining about Garrison, it could be worse. You could have been paying Suter way more to underperform to your expectations.

Looking forward to the game tonight. Hope the preds come out strong and don't fall into a Post Detroit let down.

Also wish me luck, the wife and I are flying up to detroit tomorrow to catch the Preds game. It will be our first time at the Joe. Will be decked out in preds gear, but I did talk the wife out of smuggling in a catfish.

Enjoy yourself. Certainly not the nicest building or town to visit but with the teams involved it'll be fun. All the seats there are good since the suites are up above it makes the regular seats pretty much one big bowl. Not sure if you've ever been to Detroit but if you're staying downtown the monorail will get you to the arena conveniently and keep you out of the cold. It will also drop you off right in a casino after the game if you so choose.

Oh it's not that bad. If you go directly from your hotel into a taxi or monorail.

Should be a close one goal type of game tonight, will be interested to see how this team looks like without Suter. Also have Hornqvist in my fantasy league so hopefully he gets a hat trick in a 4-3 loss.

Yep we are staying about a 1/4 mile from the arena and 1/4 mile the other way is the casino. I figure that will probably be the safest palace for us after the drubbing we will give the wings!

Has it been determined that Rinne will start every game from here on in with the poor back up goaltending they have recently gotten? Good for my pool!

mase was actually good the 1st 2 outings. terrible the last. he likely wont play much except back to backs, but he could have had 3 shutouts and that probably wouldnt change much

Definitely, I wasn't impressed at all in the games against the Canucks this season. I've always thought that Weber was the better d-man personally, but clearly both are better when together.

I've been streaming Canucks games on the opposing teams TV channels this season, I gotta say, I like these Nashville guys. They seem like they're just having a good time. Way better than the extreme homers that called the Blackhawks game.

Yeah, some of the American announcers are actually great and very non-biased.
