Not likely. We have an embarrassment of talent and Boucher plays them like a bunch of fourth liners. There is no structure, he doesn't have this teams attention anymore. Time for Jon Cooper to make the leap. Our last two wins came at the hands of dogs breakfast know as the Stinkin Panthers and tired Maple Leafs team. When we play a rested, real team we take it in the tailpipe.

I think Boston is the class of the eastern conference. They are very tough to play against. The way they line up at their blue line means we should be dumping and chasing. Lightning have the speed and talent but have to play different strategies based on their opposition. I wouldn't be surprised if Boucher is shown the door by the end of the season either.

"If" Yzerman does fire Boucher it won't be until seasons end and then he will probably go with Cooper, because he seems like the most logical pick.

Roloson was the reason the Lightning went to game 7 of the ECF 2 years ago as you mentioned earlier. That said Steve Y should have gone after a goalie last year like Ottawa did.
