Instant Calder Candidate. Should look into trading him for Weber. |

Wow.. What is happening with the Oilers? Making decisions that actually affect the depth on the farm? Say it isn't so!
I guess this softens the blow on the Oil not claiming Karlsson or Irving last week.
Good move which will hopefully help the OKC Barons get closer to the post season.

Why not get Roloson? If you plan on making the playoffs, he is gold! |

i like that he posted it, it's fun to watch.
nothing the game needs more than seeing a kid loving to play.....especially after we just endured 4 months of "it's a business first" bullpoop |

Don Cherry can shove it - as long as he hasn't offended his teammates by skating past them to celebrate with the crowd it's OK by me.

I'm just stating in advance I don't want to hear anything out of him, that's all! I liked watching OV's celebrations back before Grapes griped and I'd hate to watch him put the squeeze on Yaks. |

maybe, but it's not the same situation.
that was an 18 year old kid, scoirng his 2nd goal in only his 3rd NHL game, and it's a goal like THAT.
anyone who complains about what Yak did is either a sad and bitter hater or an LAK fan (which is somewhat understandable) |

I think the nhl should make a rule that fines him every time he scores if he doesn't celebrate like this...talk about bringing excitement back to our game. |

No they wouldnt. It was appropriate in the circumstance.
If you saw the lead up to it and the way his team mates reacted...it was all good. They were all in the moment with him.
If it was a different situation? Maybe he would deserve some critisism. |
