I always enjoy when the Sharks and Oilers play. Usually nice fast-paced games up and down the ice with a lot of action. An advantage the Oilers may have is it's their home opener so they will be all pumped up to play in front of their home crowd for the first time in a long time! Then again, maybe this means lots of mistake from the young guys like Yakupov and Schultz. Final score 4-2 for San Jose with an EN goal maybe?

Flames could have had a 4-0 lead after the first if it wasn't for Niemi. Where did that come from

Not going to lie the first period was ugly, but they seemed to slowly find their game as the game progressed. Hopefully they can steal another 2 points in Edmonton tomorrow and close out the Alberta trip with 4 points
