Where has Gerbe been? Uh isn't he a locked in 3rd/4th liner on this team.....? Leino? And Miller too? I realize that his texting fingers and jaw muscles are probably in great shape, but when's the last time he touched the ice?
-Sorry Dwight, not sure if there's much in there for ya. |

Garth,
You've been slobbering all over this guys knob since he was drafted. Why don't you swallow his load and be done with it. |

The lockout won't be ending so it's an irrelevant question. |

Oh and also, I'd put money that if the lockout (somehow) ended shortly enough for this to be an issue, Grigo picks up his bags and sprints to the airport. The kid wants to go pro, he wants to go to the show. |

Heaven forbid he writes about our top prospect who averaged nearly a goal per game. You see, we have not had a top notch center in a while. Has Garth written to much about him, yeah, no doubt he has. But if you do not like what he writes, don't read it or bother commenting on it. |

Solid blog as for this question "Would the Buffalo Sabres mandate that Grigorenko leave his home country’s WJC team in order to attend his first NHL training camp?
I certainly hope they have already touched based with him on this and have told him that this is what is going to happen. He signed his ELC so it makes me think he has already made up his mind that he wants to be here.
Im really excited to see this kid skate in the blue and gold. |

I would think he would be here. Everything he has said leads to that. His spot on the Russian team should all but be guaranteed. |

I'm by all means not promoting the troll comments but do some of you not feel you're expectations for this kid may be just a tad high? I mean he has yet to prove himself in the NHL. Many junior prospects put up amazing stats before turning pro only to disappoint ie. Stefan, Daigle and the list goes on. Anyways why should I care, my team is the master of ruining prospects, hope your team does not do the same with Grigo. |

If Grigorenko can play at the WJHC, why cant Taylor Hall and Jordan Eberle? |

I never said anything about Garths writing, I was simply stating Garth should finish Grigorenko off after all this teasing (By swallowing Grigerenko's batch). It is the gentlemenly thing to do. If you would like to watch then go for it, no one is stopping you. Hell, you guys can make a Grigorenko sammy for all I care. |

Good point! Since when can 23 year olds play in the WJHC anyways? Is there an overage rule that allows one player or something? |

I dont think you should take Garths blog as a representation of how every sabres fan thinks. If that were the case then yeah, he will never live up to those expectations |

I stand corrected, this is a demand not a guideline. Thanks so much for setting ground rules on how you would like us to read articles and comment on hockeybuzz!
I will take your important views into consideration going forward. |

No need for the spray, just bring in a pair of your mom's panties. Anything that's been near that putrid smelling dusty old mitt is good enough to keep me far far away. |
