I call BS here.

The guy's a snake, and has been negotiating in bad faith. And damaging the game in the process. Which makes sense because he has no stake in the game beyond this lockout.

He's a win-at-all-cost kind of guy -- regardless of the tactics and repercussions of such behavior. And because of it, the NHLPA will ultimately lose.

Concessions previously made will be starting points so in retrospect this will be considered major progress. I was more shocked yesterday... for example.
