One step forward and two steps back. Optimism and then it gets stepped on every month. Makes me sick. Selfishly, I want the season to get tossed. Let's start fresh in September and not have this hang over everyone's head for the reason of the season.

I think it was you asking about this yesterday? If so here you go, if not nevermind.

Great read and thank you. I was never asking about the future of Chris Pronger. I was asking how the person himself was doing. As I stated before, we had constant updates on Primeau and Lappy. Both even practiced and/or played due to not knowing how serious their injury was. Chris Pronger can't even do this. Never could.

Actually, he did, which is the problem. It was after playing a few games after he thought he'd recovered from the original eye/head injury that he ended up being unable to keep his balance and walk on the team plane after a game, which is when they realized there was trouble. He'd never had a concussion before so didn't recognize his lethargy after the eye injury as a possible concussion symptom. He just thought he'd lost fitness from being on bed rest. I did hear (but can't remember where) recently that he's still experiencing symptoms but does have "good days," which is better than it was. I do hope he'll eventually feel well consistently.
