Eighteen NHLPA members have travelled to New York City for meetings on Tuesday, December 4th. This afternoon, the players will meet a group of owners.

The 18 players present in New York today are:

Good, I've found Miller to be one of the more insightful players on this matter. If Jacobs is going to be there, I want someone on the other side who won't take his crap.

If there is no season this year fine. What I want is for these guys to hash out their differences so this never happens again.

Really, Miller Insightful? Did you read his comment on the 50% split. The players have only offered 50% on year 4 of a five year deal and they want a higher % for the current year than the 57% they made last year. And he still doesn't know what the owners want. I think every fan knows what the owners want it is the same as the players MONEY.

I agree that the league needs a long term deal, which is why I think the NHLPA is out of tune with fans as they only offerred a 5 year deal.

How many Oilers have been as hot-headed as Miller? Huh huh huh? None! Horcoff may be an overpaid POS, but he does have a finance degree, and he most likely has more knowledge than 99% of the other players in the league.
