What's the deal with this Josh Currie guy? No one's talking about him and he's leading the Q in scoring? I'm gonna take a wild guess and say he's undrafted and is smaller than 5'11". Am I right?

Grigorenko is now tied for fifth place in the QJHL scoring race. His 38 points (18 goals and 20 assists in 21 games) tie him with Jean Sebastian Dea of the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies.

Alexandre Lavoie and Andrew Carrier of the Cape Breton Screamin Eagles are tied with 40 points apiece. Ben Duffy and Josh Currie of the P.E.I. Rockets are tied with 43 points.

Looks like his draft year was 2009 and he was undrafted . I suspect he will get someone to sign him . At 5' 11" I would not call him undersized at all.

He will get an AHL invite for next year training camp....and most likely end up in the ECHL.

Nobody drools over Grigorenko like Garth . But it is a Sabres blog . What else is there to talk about right now ? Kevin covers the Amerks ( farm team ) well . I have looked , Sabres fans do not troll other teams blogs bashing them . It seams all the trolls coming here need to get a hobby. Perhaps this forum should get an ignore function so we do not have to read the mindless dribble posted by the trolls.

Have the Leafs even made the Stanley cup finals since expansion ? At least the Sabres have been there a few times . The Conference finals ? Oh yes once and they lost to Gretzky . Sabres have been there a few more times than that . Worry about your own franchise woes before you worry about ours.
