Bill, Do you think there will be an NHL Hockey season this year?
I keep hearing 10 diffent things and seems like you might have a few thoughts on the matter.

Hopefully the powers that be will get this lockout mess figured out. It's a shame that greed and ignorance are making this season look like a fantasy instead of a reality. Its a shame really, the fans who love the game suffer because of this crap.

had a dream that the kid on the Titans (nee Phantoms) Aktinson or whatever, dropped the gloves with Crosby at a home game this season and beat the snot out of him.

Very random dream, I know. Wish it happened in real life.

Assuming there is NHL hockey this year, where do you see Fedetenko slotting in the Flyers line up? As the 4th line center? Do you think Ruslan is better at center then Talbot?

Obviously with Lavi and injuries the forward lines will be changing a bunch, but assuming everyone is healthy, what do you think the forward lines will look like this season?

There is little doubt in my mind that we will see Read, Coots, and Rusty on the third line.

I don't see it. I think they are done and don't expect to see next season start on time.

The owners are going to have to move on this. They are expecting the players to do something no other professional sport league has ever done.

Roll back contracts. They did it last time, they wrote yearly roll backs into the new CBA and they think they can do it again.

If i was the players I'd be enraged with everything that's happened since July. I wouldn't sign any where near any deal that was tabled so far. They all have had their ludicrous provisions or demands.

At this point I'm trying to figure out how i can support the players and see them play without putting a dollar in the owners pockets. I'd kill for the NHL to fold and something else to evolve just to see the owners take a complete loss. F' them. This is their fault this time and last time.
