If Fehr and the players union keeps using the stalling tactics, if I was the NHL, I'd lay down the hammer on them. Either negotiate in good faith, or cancel the season. If the counter proposal is way off base, then break of negotiations. Next time they meet, it will be to negotiate their surrender and put an end to the players union, once and for all! |
