hoefully something will change here very soon, I miss hockey and the poers tha be need to get ome work put in and get this ovr with. The longer this goes the more fans the NHL will loose and everything good that was going fo th NHL will be lost. Owers and the NHLPA need to put egos on the side line or eles the NHL will be back to square one... again.

Yes nerves are probably a big part of it. It's the end of 1. His team is down 2 - 1

Let me rephrase-

Is he still in net? Isn't he the 3rd stringer? Or am I thinking of something else...I'll be home shortly- gonna get NBC Sports on as soon as I get in.

Stolarz made the initial save but didn't cover it up and his d-man didn't help by letting the Notre Dame player by him to get at the rebound.

That reminded me of a Bryz goal.

That's a play where people would lynch Bryz over, while condoning the fact that the defense in front of him was swiss cheese.

Not only did the ND player get by the dman on the wing enough to cut into the slot at the crease, but the OTHER defenseman for Nebraska couldn't help Stolarz out with the rebound

But it's 3 - 2 after 2.......Nebraska-Omaha has Andrej Sustr (whom is a free agent college player)

Nice pad save by Stolarz showed some serious quickness.

Granted, this is the first time I've ever seen him play, and it's only been about 20 minutes, but he looks like he could be real good one day.

He's very smooth, shows great quickness....good positioning....and he's as old as I am. Actually, he's a year younger

Could be solid. I'd like the Flyers to hang onto him.

Never said that! It'll be a while before we see him competing for a job in the NHL- that was my point. Lots of time for his contract to run out, or yes- a trade. But I don't think they'll trade him, honestly. They don't normally deal prospects, really....
