I don't understand after listing all those great changes, all those great players signed for multiple years, and overall improvement in the Canes how you manage to put such a negative tone to it all?? Do you always look a gift-horse in the mouth?!!
..after reading that...it felt like your cat just died, your wife filed for divorce, and you lost your job...!!!
...i'm trying to find the BAD PART, and i just can't!
It might be NICE to find a great 3rd line ctr... big goon for the 4th line, to protect ...whomever, but...I LIKE OUR CHANCES RIGHT NOW!!!
If we need help later, we have assets, or cap room available to make moves.

Move Tim Brent up to 3rd line center. I think he would excel. Anthony Stewart 4th line center. More interested in seeing what happens with Ryan Murphy.

If there is a lock out there will be a totally different schedule, most likely excluding the outer conference play
